1. Travelling to Windermere on the M6 take exit 36, onto the A590, signposted to South Lakes and Kendal.
2. Do not take the left turn to Barrow but continue on the A591 to Windermere.
3. At the roundabout follow signs to Windermere on the A591.
4. Turn left through Windermere at the Windermere Hotel, and follow the one way system through the village, and on to Bowness on Windermere.
5. You will pass Windermere Police Station & Magistrates Court on your left and you will see the hotel on the right just after this.
6. The hotel car park is at the rear under the archway, you may wish to unload your luggage at the front door.
