Our commitment to cleanliness
At Craig Manor, our team members have been trained in enhanced cleaning routines following WHO COVID-19 guidelines. We are paying attention to high-touch areas, disinfecting them at regular intervals. Hand alcohol sanitising stations are available in lobbies and corridors. Items such as pens, note pads and information material have been removed from bedrooms.
Food & Beverage offering
Our Restaurant has been spaced out with all social distancing measures in place. To ensure the safety of both guest and our staff we may at times need to limit the number of bookings we can take. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. In line with the government guidelines we are only accepting tables up to a maximum of 6 people, comprising of no more than 2 households. Please note that our Bar and Restaurant close at 10pm and all guests must vacate these areas by this time. We’re running table service throughout our Bar and Restaurant, please bear with us if there is any delay to your service. Please note for dinner service, our last sitting is 8.30pm.
I have a gift voucher that is due to expire, what are my options?
All gift vouchers with expiration dates after 1st March 2020 will be extended until 20th December 2021.
