Dear our guests & friends,

Our doors at Craig Manor are open and we look forward to welcoming you for your Lake District break.

Unfortunately, our Restaurant is closed for evening dining until 31st October 2022 due to the current recruitment challenges that we are experiencing. We would like to focus our full service on breakfast which will be available as usual every morning. In addition, our Lounge Menu and light bites will be available every afternoon as well as our Sunday Lunch each week.

We really do apologise for any inconvenience and will be more than happy to help in recommending a wide range of dining options available locally in Windermere or Bowness.

Our commitment to cleanliness

At Craig Manor, our team members have been trained in enhanced cleaning routines following WHO COVID-19 guidelines. We are paying attention to high-touch areas, disinfecting them at regular intervals. Hand alcohol sanitising stations are available in lobbies and corridors. Items such as pens, note pads and information material have been removed from bedrooms.

Do I have to wear a face mask?

Once seated in our Restaurant, Lounge or Bar you will not be required to wear a mask, but you will be required to wear one to enter and exit the hotel. All guests are required to bring their own face mask.

Food & Beverage offering

Our Restaurant has been spaced out with all social distancing measures in place. To ensure the safety of both guest and our staff we may at times need to limit the number of bookings we can take. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. We’re running table service throughout our Bar and Restaurant, please bear with us if there is any delay to your service.

Are you still serving Sunday Lunch?

We are still open for Sunday Lunch but not every weekend. Please check with our team to see which Sundays we are offering this service – 015394 88877.

Can I cancel or re-arrange my booking?

When you book our Advance Purchase Rate or Early Bird Rate, you have the flexibility to move your booking once up to two weeks prior to arrival. If you’ve made a booking on our Best Available Rate, you can cancel or amend your booking up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
