Dear our guests & friends,

We’re so excited to re-open our doors at Craig Manor on 17th May and look forward to welcoming you for your spring or summer break.

Here in the Lakes we’re excited for new adventures and experiences we might be enjoying this spring and summer. Whether it be exploring the local towns and villages, hiking on the famous fells, relaxing in the local coffee shops or trying something new such as a paddle board adventure on Lake Windermere!

NEW BOOKINGS

We are now taking new bookings from 17th May onwards. Please be rest assured that if there is a travel or tier restrictions affecting your stay, we can move your booking to a future date or refund your stay (please check the rate T&Cs when booking).

Our commitment to cleanliness

At Craig Manor, our team members have been trained in enhanced cleaning routines following WHO COVID-19 guidelines. We are paying attention to high-touch areas, disinfecting them at regular intervals. Hand alcohol sanitising stations are available in lobbies and corridors. Items such as pens, note pads and information material have been removed from bedrooms.

Do I have to wear a face mask?

Once seated in our Restaurant, Lounge or Bar you will not be required to wear a mask, but you will be required to wear one to enter and exit the hotel. All guests are required to bring their own face mask.

Our Food & Beverage Policy

As of 3rd December 2020, guests can only be served alcohol if they have booked a substantial meal with us in our Restaurant. We welcome you for pre-meal drinks up to 1.5 hours before your meal. Last drinks to be ordered before the bill is signed and consumed within one hour.

Food & Beverage offering

Our Restaurant has been spaced out with all social distancing measures in place. To ensure the safety of both guest and our staff we may at times need to limit the number of bookings we can take. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. We’re running table service throughout our Bar and Restaurant, please bear with us if there is any delay to your service. Please note for dinner service, our last sitting is 8.30pm.

Are you still serving Sunday Lunch?

We are still open for Sunday Lunch but not every weekend. Please check with our team to see which Sundays we are offering this service – 015394 88877.

Can I cancel or re-arrange my booking?

When you book our Advance Purchase Rate or Early Bird Rate, you have the flexibility to move your booking once up to two weeks prior to arrival. If you’ve made a booking on our Best Available Rate, you can cancel or amend your booking up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

I have a gift voucher that is due to expire, what are my options?

All gift vouchers with expiration dates after 1st March 2020 will be extended until 20th December 2021.
